Acceptance Of Terms: Your purchase of Jetset Products, products or services is subject to certain Terms and Conditions. When you order art from Jetset Products, you acknowledge that you have read these terms in detail and agree to bind by the terms documented here:

Legality of Content: You agree that all products produced and sold by Jetset Products are for novelty purposes only. Jetset Products does not make any claims about the legal compliance or registration issues. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to check with any applicable legal authority for the standards, rules and regulations if applicable to the use of our goods.

Order: You agree that Jetset Products will take at least 1-3 weeks as delivery time, starting from the time the order has been made. Moreover, you agree that shipping time may also depend on your response time to our inquiries regarding your order and extraordinary events such as covid-19 that may alter delivery times slightly.
Changes to Your Order: You agree that you have carefully reviewed the product details before actually placing your order. Jetset Products does allow a 24 hour window from ordering your print till your print is printed and is not responsible for revising or cancelling orders once this window has closed.

Colors in The Final Print: You agree that Jetset Products does not guarantee that the final colours of your purchased canvas will be exactly the same as were shown on your screen. Jetset Products works hard to make the colours on the print to be as close as possible to the colours shown on the screen but does not guarantee a 100% match. All screen settings are different and the colours displayed on your screen may be different to that of the final printed product.

Return and Refund: Jetset Products will provide a replacement if the product fails or breaks due to a manufacturing defect during the first 12 months of delivery or if the product is damaged during the delivery process.
You agree that in such circumstances you will be required to take a photograph of the broken product and send it to our support team. Upon receipt of the product or the photograph, Jetset Products will send a replacement of the product.
You agree that the determination of whether a products failure or breakage is due to a manufacturing defect is within the sole discretion of Jetset Products. 



Jetset Products offers a 12-month warranty on all products.

You are required to notify Jetset Products within 10 working days in the unlikely event that the item arrives damaged or faulty. In addition to a detailed description, you are required to provide images (or a short video clip if more appropriate) of the damage in order to proceed with the warranty process. 

Please remember for Jetset Products and our customers protection to avoid fraudulent activities a special marker is discretely placed on all products and will be checked on return of any faulty product . Should this marker not be present we will refer the matter to the relevant authorities

To make a claim, you must provide us with a copy of your tax invoice or any kind of proof showing that you purchased the item from us. You need to also describe the problem precisely and provide evidence to support your claim, and state whether you are requesting a replacement, repair, refund or credit.

Refund generally takes up to 2 working days to process and will notify you once the refund has been processed. However, please allow an additional 5 working days on top for your financial institution to process it.

A refund or replacement will not be provided if products are being misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers.
